Job Description:

1. Evaluation of proposals submitted for recommendation / approval according to credit policy.

2. Customer visit and discussion in order to assess the loan request.

3. Evaluation/assessment of the customer’s business and income.

4. Must have a thorough understanding of the client’s business for Self Employed and NonProfessional customers.

5. Ascertaining and validating the revenue streams and expenses of the client’s business.

6. He/She must be able to see the potential risks of the proposal.

7. He/She must have the ability to perform due diligence without sufficient and formal documents/ data.

8. Review files as per credit policies.

9. Risk Analysis related to case & clients.

10. Maintaining the quality of credit information, underwriting and presentation standards.

11. PDD and portfolio management.

12. Facilitate the development of defined and streamlined policies & procedures for all credit risk management.

13. Handling Disbursement officers for process.

14. There should be accuracy of work and adherence to timelines.
