Domain: Corporate Taxation, International Tax, & Transfer Pricing

Key areas of work include

1. Corporate Tax Compliances with respect to Corporate Tax and Withholding Tax Returns, including analyzing, documenting and helping ensure timely filing.
2. Corporate Tax Litigations – Preparation of submissions and representation before the Income-tax Authorities.
3. International Tax Compliance and Advisory Engagements, i.e., analyzing PE implications, MFN benefits, DTAA v. ITA tax positions, etc.
4. M&A Tax & Regulatory Compliance and Advisory Engagements.
5. Transfer Pricing Engagements in relation to preparation of Transfer Pricing Document as envisaged within the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
