Accounts Receivable Executive

Responsibilities

Raising an invoice as and when required.
Checking Invoice and addressee details for accuracy.
Booking of Revenue in appropriate GL, Cost Center.
Keeping track of Proforma Invoices and weekly follow-up of the same.
Basis Taxation knowledge of GST input and TDS deduction and accounting for the same.
Reviewing outstanding statements at intervals and following up with the team for payment timelines.
Performing ledger scrutiny from time to time.
Performing 26AS reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Closing Bank reconciliation entries daily.

Requirements

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting receivable principles.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets.
The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
